Parts Town is seeking a Manager, Business Intelligence and Data Insights to lead a team of analysts and drive business results through data-driven strategic insights. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in analytical roles, proficiency in business intelligence tools, and a passion for storytelling with visualization.
Requirements
- BS/BA in business, finance, statistics, computer science, information systems, or related fields
- 5+ years of experience in an analytical role and great communication skills
- 5+ years of experience developing within business intelligence tools to retrieve, visualize, and interpret data
- Experience working with big data management tools (BigQuery, Snowflake, Databricks, etc.)
- Experience working with data and driving insights using ERP data, SAP experience is a plus.
- Knowledgeable about data architecture best practices and have experience transforming and maintaining data for analytical use cases
- Expert proficiency in querying data using relational database management systems
- Experience utilizing AI solutions while maintaining safety, integrity, and data privacy.
- Proficient at managing multiple priorities and are comfortable with changing priorities and solving ad-hoc business problems
- Independent and resourceful and can solve complex, analytical problems with little direction
- Life-long learner that is prepared to learn new tools, and concepts quickly
- Proven track record delivering results and can coach and facilitate others in solving complex problems
- Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to influence without authority
- Passion for storytelling with visualization
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt well to change
