The After Sales Specialist will collaborate with dealers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure a smooth process and handle complaints and returns. The role will also develop and implement process improvements, support warehouse and logistics teams, and contribute to new tool and activity development around After Sales.
Requirements
- Experience in customer care or after sales in the Powersport or automotive industry
- Comprehensive knowledge of the industry, particularly about spare parts and motorcycle or car products
- Fluent French and good English skills in speech and writing
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Experience in handling an ERP system is advantageous
