As a counter sales professional, you'll work with customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional service and support.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years in counter sales in a competitive market, with a preference for wholesale auto parts sales in the aftermarket industry
- Exceptional phone skills with a positive, enthusiastic, and attentive tone
- Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Passionate about exceptional customer service and exceeding sales goals
- Ability to build and maintain lasting business relationships
- General automotive knowledge is preferred
- Tech-Savvy: Experience with POS systems and proficiency in MS Office applications (Word and Excel)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Multi-Lingual: Spanish and/or Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) is a plus
- Dynamic Personality: Outgoing, assertive, proactive, positive, with a 'can-do' attitude and tenacity in pursuit of goals
