Job Description
The Lead Programmer Analyst is responsible for leading the development of software systems, collaborating with the IT Director, and applying programming standards. This role involves technical leadership, software development, problem solving, and maintaining software systems and programs. The position focuses on the development and implementation of system support, incident management, and proactive maintenance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field (preferred)
- Minimum eight years of experience in Information Systems required
- Two to five years of experience in healthcare (preferred)
- Demonstrated experience with large, highly complex projects
- Extensive understanding of business process design
- Experience designing and implementing enterprise-level software solutions
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
