In this position, you have the opportunity to play an important role in Partners Group's Capital Markets team, responsible for all debt financing-related aspects of Partners Group's Private Equity and Private Infrastructure investments globally.
Requirements
- 7-10 years of leveraged finance/capital markets and/or infrastructure finance experience at a leading financial institution or currently in a Capital Markets role at an asset manager
- Excellent analytical and negotiation skills
- Strong project management skills and ability to work under pressure
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven track record in structuring, negotiating, and executing debt financings in a lead-left capacity (underwritten and best efforts), including loans and bonds
- Excellent understanding of capital markets and debt products including detailed understanding of execution processes (constituents, legal and marketing documents, etc.)
- Strong understanding and negotiating experience of loan and bond documentation
