Accounting Lead - PNM

Crescendo is seeking an Accounting Lead to join their growing team. The role reports to the Revenue Manager and is responsible for monitoring daily financial operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency of settlements and disbursements, and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner. The ideal candidate has a strong foundational knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements

• 4-5 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Experience in Fintech Payments Company is an advantage
• Basic foundational knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principal (GAAP)
• Advanced ability in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, SUMIF, Pivot Tables, VBA, etc.) preferred
