Job Description
We're looking for a hands-on Backend Engineer who thrives in chaos, takes ownership by default, and enjoys building systems that actually ship and scale.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience building and shipping backend systems in production (typically 3+ years, but we care more about impact than years)
- Strong backend experience in Python, with exposure to PHP (Magento) or willingness to work alongside Magento-based systems
- Solid understanding of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL)
- Experience designing or maintaining APIs used in real-world applications
- Comfortable working in a startup environment: ambiguity, speed, ownership
- Strong problem-solving skills and clear communication in English
