Requirements
- French/English Bilingualism
- 2-3 years customer service experience
- Experience with CRM ticketing system
- Excellent data entry / keyboard skills
- Excellent Interpersonal skills (internal/external)
- Excellent Communication and listening skills.
- Efficient multi-tasking/prioritizing skills
- Able to work various shifts between 8AM - 8PM
