Appointment Generator (Scottsdale area)

Parker and Sons is hiring Sales Lead Generators in their retail partner stores in the Phoenix Valley area to greet and engage with customers, generating interest in residential air conditioning and water treatment maintenance/replacement appointments. This is a part-time, no-experience entry-level position with uncapped commissions and a benefits package. There are both PT and FT shifts available.

Requirements

• Greet customers and encourage them to stop for information.
• Walk throughout the store and engage in conversations with customers.
• Explain product/service features and benefits.
• Schedule appointments with Sales Consultants.
• Build rapport with store leadership.
