Job Description
Park Paving Ltd. is hiring an EXPERIENCED MILLING CREW FOREMAN for the 2026 construction season. This is a full-time seasonal position with competitive wages, requiring 3+ years of experience operating Wirtgen cold milling equipment and leadership skills.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience operating Wirtgen cold milling equipment
- experience in leadership roles, managing crews, ordering materials, supplies, and trucking
- ability to work long hours, and day and nightshifts
- must be physically fit, repetitive lifting, bending, kneeling, and walking for long periods of time
- Valid driver’s license
