Children Support Worker

Paragon Social Care is seeking dedicated and compassionate Children's Support Workers to provide wraparound support for children and young people in local authority settings. The role involves creating safe, stable, and nurturing environments, providing trauma-informed care, and advocating for young people. Requirements

• Experience working with children or young people (paid or voluntary)
• Full UK driving licence
• Patience, empathy, and emotional resilience
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts (including nights, weekends, and sleep-ins)
• A clear enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
• A relevant qualification (NVQ Level 3 in Children’s Residential Care or equivalent) is desirable
