Job Description
We are currently looking for a Service Manager to act as the central point of contact for our customers and ensure continuous improvement of service quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- several years of experience in service management and its frameworks (e.g. ITIL)
- very good knowledge of common MS Office applications (especially Excel)
- experience working with SLAs, service metrics, and reporting
- basic knowledge of budget, cost, or supplier control
