We are seeking a Production / Machine and Equipment Leader - Printing and Paper Processing for the Production Direct Marketing Department at our production site in Schwandorf. The role involves managing finishing equipment, setting up inkjet labeling machines, monitoring and optimizing production, and performing quality assurance measures.

Requirements

• Successfully completed vocational training in a trade or industry
• Work experience in operating machines and equipment
• Good technical understanding and basic PC knowledge
• Team-oriented and able to instruct and train auxiliary personnel
