Job Description
Parafin is seeking a Finance Lead to own and scale the company's financial strategy. This strategic role involves leading financial planning, overseeing cash management, and serving as a thought partner to leadership to optimize margins and support sustainable growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial modeling, cash management, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, investment banking, or private equity.
- Strong understanding of financial modeling, cash management, and capital planning.
- Exceptional quantitative skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and align stakeholders.
- Proficient in SQL
