Civil Engineer

Paradigm Design is a nationally recognized civil engineering and architectural firm seeking a Civil Engineer / EIT to support the planning, design, entitlement, and construction of land development and infrastructure projects. The role involves collaborating with project managers, engineers, and other professionals to create detailed plans and designs using AutoCAD Civil 3D.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification required; PE license a plus
• 3(+) years of civil engineering experience, ideally in land development or infrastructure
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Strong understanding of grading, drainage, and utility design fundamentals
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team-focused environment
