Paradies Lagardère is seeking a Warehouse Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensure efficient workflow, and support the team in achieving productivity, accuracy, and safety goals.

Requirements

• Strong leadership and people management experience in warehouse settings
• Deep understanding of warehouse operations and supply chain metrics
• Understanding of SKU locations, inventory flow, and product handling
• Ability to troubleshoot issues in real time
• Proficient in interpreting operational data and making real-time decisions
• Skilled in enforcing safety and compliance policies
• Ability to work various shifts in a 7/365 team orientated environment
• Proficiency required in reading, writing, and mathematics
