Senior Accountant

Papoutsanis is a leading Greek manufacturing company specializing in personal care products, boasting 150 years of experience. They are seeking a skilled Accountant/Auditor to support their production units and contribute to quality improvement. The role involves daily financial tasks and reporting.

Requirements

• Implementation of monthly closing tasks
• Implementation of accounting results in cooperation with the head of accounting
• Essential qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Economics or Finance
• Professional experience of at least 5 years in a section of accounting in the business or company of notary public
• Technical skills in: Reservations, expenses, tangible, scheduled payments
• Knowledge of balance tracking
• Tax and VAT reporting and submission
• Reporting, payments, Intrastat
• Knowledge of accounting and tax matters
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Very good knowledge of English
• Excellent knowledge of the accounting and tax cycle for dual-format books
• Knowledge of ELPS, VAT and Income Tax Law
• Knowledge of MyData
