Bachelor’s degree, 2 years of experience in paper mill operations, strong communication and leadership skills
Process Engineer
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferred), 2-5 years' experience in manufacturing or process-focused role, paper mill experience highly preferred
Production Supervisor
2+ years of paper mill operations experience, Bachelor's degree, strong communication and interpersonal skills
Electrical Maintenance Technician
Associate degree or apprenticeship; 5+ years of experience; proficiency in electrical troubleshooting and schematics reading
Account Executive - Packaging Sales
Bachelor's degree preferred, 3+ years of sales experience, flexo, offset printing, and strong communication skills are key. Self-motivation & problem solving skills are also highly valuable
Pipefitter Supervisor
5-10 years of maintenance experience, high school diploma or GED, welding experience/certifications
General Laborer 2026
High school degree, 18+ years old, ability to lift 50 lbs, pass drug screen and background check
