As a Junior Recruiter, you will play a key role in recruiting talent for our Operations teams in France and Spain. You will contribute to attracting top candidates and providing an exceptional recruiter-candidate experience.
Requirements
- Fluency in French and English (Spanish is a plus)
- First experience (internship or alternating) in recruitment
- Mastering the conduct of interviews (especially phone interviews) and identifying the right profiles and evaluating their potential
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and work with rigor in a fast-paced environment
- Appreciation for working in collaboration with managers and colleagues, and clear, positive, and proactive communication
- Curiosity, proactivity, and a willingness to take on daily challenges, with a desire to fully engage within the TA team
