Job Description
Paperless Parts is seeking a Technical Implementation Specialist to build and maintain customer technical solutions using their proprietary P3L pricing language and integrations. This role involves customer collaboration, problem-solving, and implementation project management to ensure customer success with their Platform. They value proactive solutions, cross-functional teamwork, and a commitment to operational excellence.
Requirements
- Lead the development of a customer’s new quoting workflow.
- Expert knowledge of the Paperless Parts Platform coding language, P3L.
- Lead the deployment of standard integrations.
- Provide best practices for quoting workflows.
- Work in close partnership with Implementation Project Managers and Integrations Engineers.
- Communicate clearly and regularly to implementation stakeholders.
- Spend time on-site with customers to build relationships.
