Senior Technical Implementation Specialist

Paperless Parts is a SaaS startup helping manufacturers quote faster and win more work. We are seeking a Senior Technical Implementation Specialist to lead the deployment of our standard ERP integrations and own, design, and deliver high-complexity configuration solutions using P3L, our proprietary Python-based pricing language.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience in technical implementation, solutions engineering, or equivalent customer-facing development role
• Proven expert-level proficiency in a computational environment or programming language (Python preferred)
• Demonstrated experience managing complex technical projects and adhering to aggressive time-to-value metrics
• Exceptional ability to clearly explain complex/custom configurations and benefits to all customer personas (technical and non-technical)
• Proven track record of defining or enhancing team processes or best practices
