Pape’ Kenworth is looking for a Warranty Technical Administrator to join their team. The role involves managing warranty processes, ensuring maximum reimbursement from manufacturers, and providing excellent customer service.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a dealership technician with a strong understanding of warranty work
• Familiarity with Outlook, Word, Excel, and the ability to learn new computer programs
• Excellent customer relations and communication skills
• Ability to perform at a high level in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
