Job Description
As the Engineering Manager for the Integrations team, you will be responsible for building and scaling a high-impact team that directly influences Panther's ability to deliver value to customers.
Requirements
- 4+ years managing a Product engineering team at a high-growth, ventured-backed SaaS company
- Experience with owning all aspects of people management for cross disciplinary teams
- Experience with growing teams and partnering closely with a recruiting team
- Experience partnering with Product Managers and Designers
- Experience owning user-facing product features
- Experience contributing to strategic direction, roadmaps, and processes
- Experience with AWS and technologies such as Serverless, Golang, React, TypeScript and GraphQL
