Pan American Grain is seeking a Mechanical, Electrical Engineer to perform preventative maintenance, repair, and inspection of manufacturing and processing equipment, along with participation in operational monitoring and documentation. The role requires a commitment to adherence to SOPs and ability to work with rotating schedules and overtime.

Requirements

• Studies in mechanics or related area
• Experience in mechanical responsibilities
• Availability of rotating schedules
• Read electronic or schematic plans
• Basic knowledge of electronics and electricity
• Ability to work overtime, at night or weekends and irregular shifts
• Availability to respond to emergency calls
• Ability to provide support to other departments or projects
