Palmpay is seeking a proactive and results-driven Senior HR Business Partner to operate as a strategic liaison between HR and business leaders, ensuring HR initiatives support organizational goals.
Requirements
- Partner with senior business leaders to develop HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives and business plans.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and coaching to managers and employees, fostering development and engagement.
- Drive talent management initiatives including workforce planning, succession planning, and leadership development programs
- Analyse HR metrics to identify trends, evaluate workforce performance, and recommend improvements
- Lead or support organizational change initiatives, including restructuring, mergers, and process improvement
- Collaborate with HR Centres of Expertise (COEs) and global HR functions to implement HR policies, programs, and compliance measures
- Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, compensation, benefits, and compliance with labour laws.
- Support training, development programs, and employee engagement initiatives in alignment with business goals.
