Vacation Planner

This remote position requires someone to be on-site in an office setting. The role focuses on assisting guests with vacation planning, handling inbound inquiries, and cross-selling resort activities and merchandise. The ideal candidate will represent Palmetto Dunes Oceanfront Resort with a positive attitude.

Requirements

• Strong written, verbal, and social skills
• Professional and courteous phone etiquette
• Knowledge of local area, including Palmetto Dunes
• Knowledge of resort activities
• Ability to multi-task
• Sales experience preferred
• Computer skills – Word, Excel, Outlook
