Senior Mechanic

This Senior Mechanic position is focused on the repair and maintenance of golf course equipment. The role involves ensuring a safe work environment, maintaining shop facilities, ordering parts, scheduling work, recording maintenance, and ensuring safety equipment is in operation. The mechanic is responsible for both large equipment like flymows and weedeaters and smaller engine repair.

Requirements

• Maintain the maintenance facility inside and out.
• Order parts and materials.
• Record work performed on equipment.
• Maintain gas and fuel tanks.
• Ensure equipment maintenance is provided on weekends and holidays.
• Be responsible for small engine repair (flymo and weedeaters).
• Ensure all reels are sharpened.
• Work as needed to maintain equipment.
