Tax Director, Partnerships and Tax Equity

Palmetto is a leading clean tech company on a mission to accelerate the transition to a clean energy future. We are looking for a Tax Director, Partnerships and Tax Equity to oversee partnership and tax equity related functions, drive operational and tax efficiency, and provide strategic guidance and oversight for tax planning initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
• CPA certification with previous experience at a Big 4 accounting firm strongly preferred
• Minimum of 10 years of tax experience
• Solid understanding of partnership tax concepts
• Renewal energy Investment Tax Credit experience a plus
• Tax equity investor experience a plus
