Advanced Practice Registered Nurse

Requirements

• At least 2-3 years' experience in primary care/value-based care setting
• Active and unrestrictive Florida APRN license
• DEA license or eligible to obtain it within 2 months of date of hire
• Strong understanding of chronic disease management, preventative care, and quality metrics in a value-based care model
• Excellent documentation and patient relationship-building skills
• Proficient with EMR systems (eCW a plus!)
• Geriatrics, Internal Medicine, and Primary Care experience
