We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Chef de Partie to join our culinary team at our prestigious 5-star property. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, precision, and leadership to ensure the highest quality of dishes and service excellence.
Requirements
- Supervise and coordinate daily kitchen operations within the assigned section.
- Prepare, cook, and present dishes in accordance with brand standards and menu requirements.
- Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet the highest standards at all times.
- Train and guide junior chefs and commis team members.
- Monitor stock levels and assist in ordering and inventory control.
