Greeting, connecting and establishing a rapport with guests while maintaining a level of store appearance and accomplishing pawn production goals
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Knowledge of point of sales systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to stand or sit for 20% of the day
- Ability to walk for 80% of the day
- Ability to use hands/fingers to handle or feel for 100% of the day
- Ability to climb or balance for 20% of the day
- Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl for 30% of the day
- Ability to talk/hear for 100% of the day
- Ability to see for 100% of the day
- Ability to taste/smell for 100% of the day
- Ability to push or pull for 20% of the day
- Ability to reach for 20% of the day
- Ability to perform repetitive motion for 20% of the day
