Senior Software Engineer - Product (Remote)

As a Senior Product Engineer at Pair Team, you'll shape and scale the tools that power our care delivery. You'll lead end-to-end development of new product features, from initial concept through deployment and iteration. You'll own core product initiatives and drive full-stack development using modern web technologies, collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and platform engineers to deliver seamless, user-centered solutions, and help guide architectural decisions that will support our growing team and mission-driven roadmap.

Requirements

• At least 2+ years of software development experience as a high-performing individual contributor, building user-facing software at a startup
• Experience in both backend and frontend engineering
• Building complex web applications (required)
• Relational Databases data modeling (required)
• Ruby on Rails (preferred)
• React (preferred)
• AWS services (preferred)
• Passion for helping individuals experiencing complex chronic needs such as homelessness, severe mental illness, and substance use disorder
