Director of Nursing

Help launch and lead our brand-new Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC). You’ll build workflows, hire and develop staff, and establish a culture of safety and excellence.

Requirements

• Leadership experience in an ASC or surgical setting
• Experience building teams, systems, and processes from the ground up
• Certifications: ACLS & BLS, ASC leadership, healthcare management, and/or Infection Prevention certification (preferred)
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and EMR systems
• Ability to lift/push up to 25 lbs and assist with patient/equipment movement
