Job Description
Intrinsic Development is seeking a Preconstruction Intern to support Project Management and Estimating teams with early-phase project planning and coordination. The role offers hands-on experience in the preconstruction process, from document management to cost estimating and subcontractor outreach.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Strong interest in multi-family and mixed-use development projects
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical mindset and eagerness to learn the technical and financial aspects of construction
