The inspector will perform inspections of traffic control, environmental controls, layout, construction methods, and overall project quality, working both independently and as part of a team. This role involves travel to various locations, including Florida.
Requirements
- Perform inspections of traffic control, environmental controls, layout, construction methods and materials
- Determine the acceptability of the work performed by contractors
- Review and recommend acceptance or rejection of daily reports
- Verify conformance to Quality Control Plan and established procedures
- Able to review material testing procedures for conformance
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Strong sense of urgency
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word and Excel)
