We're looking for a Commercial Analyst - Inbound Sales to convert inbound leads into qualified opportunities and closed deals, acting as the entry point for thousands of entrepreneurs who want to sell online with us.

Requirements

• Handle leads that arrive through channels like calls, chats, emails, and forms, with agility and a business vision
• Qualify each lead strategically, understanding the potential of the account and its fit with our solutions
• Conduct consultative negotiations, understanding objections and acting as the protagonist to close deals
• Direct leads that require more complex approaches to specialist teams, helping to keep the pipeline healthy
• Work with performance and conversion goals, with autonomy to test approaches and learn quickly
