Mobile Engineer (React Native)

PadSplit is looking for a React Native Mobile Engineer to lead the development of our mobile applications and strengthen the core experience for members and hosts.

Requirements

• Proven experience building, optimizing, and shipping production mobile apps across iOS and Android.
• Deep understanding of modern frontend development, state management, and UI performance.
• Familiarity with Django/Python environments and experience interacting with APIs.
• Experience working with PostgreSQL or MySQL databases.
• Comfort with Git/GitHub/GitLab and collaborative development workflows.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks for both React Native and React.js.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and write clean, maintainable code.
• Strong collaboration skills in an agile, fast-moving environment.
