Requirements
- Develop working relationships with top 10 region customers and prospective new customers
- Manage distributor and end-user pipeline
- Assist direct TSMs and brokers with business opportunities and challenges
- Focus on sales management, forecasting, accountability, and development of business and selling resources
- Drive implementation of Novolex/Pactiv brand products and programs
- Analyze sales records and trends
- Perform field promotion work and develop new and existing accounts
- Budget management for T&E, customer promotions, and spending
