Requirements
- Lead product portfolio development and execution strategy
- Direct Medicare and Commercial product strategy and portfolio management
- Oversee annual bids, filings, and regulatory submissions
- Develop and deploy regulatory communication materials and processes
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Provide strategic advice to PacificSource teams
- Develop and improve processes to drive administrative efficiencies and cost savings
- Generate local competitive market insights to drive innovation and decision making
- Develop structures and processes to ensure compliance
- Negotiate business relationships with vendors
- Develop and monitor departmental budgets
