The Senior Director of Maintenance plans, oversees, and coordinates activities with development, design, construction, and modification of equipment, production lines and facility. Oversees installation, modifications, quality control testing, operating procedure, inspection processes adhering to engineering principles and safety regulations.
Requirements
- Vocational school certification or bachelor's degree or minimum 5 to 7 years maintenance experience
- Valid Drivers License
- Exceptional mechanical skills/aptitude – excellent math skills - basic computer skills
- Experience with PC and PLC driven components
- Ability to successfully troubleshoot electrical and mechanical equipment to component level
- Knowledge of motor control wiring, running conduit and pulling wire
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and electrical/pneumatic schematics
- Ability to travel up to 50% between home facility and other processing facilities or work sites
- Ability to be on-call at night and weekends as projects and workload requires
