Job Description
The AVP, Legal Counsel, Protection will provide legal and compliance service to the Korea Branch and Protection Line of Business, with a focus on contractual matters and regulatory application. The role will also serve as the Compliance Officer for the Korea Branch and manage risk management matters within the Korea Branch.
Requirements
- Qualified solicitor of 5-7 years' PQE
- General contract and commercial law experience, preferably at a top-tier Korean or international law firm
- High standard of written and fluent spoken English
- Native written and spoken Korean
- Excellent legal drafting skills
- Proficient at using MS Word
