Requirements
- Grade 12 education
- Post-secondary Certificate/Diploma in community social services/youth services/health care field
- Previous work experience in community social services/youth services/health care field
- Experience working with challenging individuals or willingness to learn/trained to work with persons with high behaviors
- Strict Dietary Management Skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Ability to work shift work
- Experience in professional planning and implementation
- Ability to communicate effectively with other staff, professionals, and families
