Job Description
p36 is looking for an IT-Administration & Support professional to join their team. The role involves improving and evolving IT services, leveraging AI to take IT services to the next level, and driving innovation. The job is a permanent, full-time position with a 38-hour workweek, hybrid work options, and attractive compensation.
Requirements
- Completed training as an IT specialist in application development or comparable qualifications
- IT service management tools and frameworks (e.g., ITIL) experience
- Strong IT infrastructure, systems, and applications skills
- Proactive and solution-oriented approach
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to explain technical topics in German and English
