Facilities Maintenance Engineer

P1 Service, LLC. is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to work at Saint Luke's Health System in Kansas City, Missouri. The incumbent will be responsible for inspecting, testing, and performing Operations & Maintenance (O&M) and preventive maintenance inspections on plumbing, mechanical, electrical, fire & life safety features and automatic temperature control equipment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years experience as a Maintenance Engineer
• Intermediate level of knowledge on HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, electrical equipment and fire / life safety code
• CFC Universal certification for safe handling of refrigerants within 90 days of hire
• NICET certified
• Ability to satisfactorily pass a motor vehicle record check
• Ability to satisfactorily pass a criminal background check and drug screen
