Job Description
This position offers a $1,000 sign-on bonus for qualified Residential HVAC Service Technicians. The role involves servicing existing HVAC systems, diagnosing failures, performing preventative maintenance, and providing excellent in-home service. The company provides a company vehicle and additional monthly bonus for 12 months.
Requirements
- 3+ years of Residential HVAC Service Technician experience
- Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams
- Highly organized and motivated
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
