Requirements

• Proven track record of successful HVAC maintenance experience
• 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience
• Knowledge of HVAC products and services
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to travel to customer locations as needed
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable with residential HVAC systems, hand/power tools, and trade knowledge
• Positive attitude
• Hard working
• Reliable
• Valid driver's license
• Pass a background check
