Business Process Engineer

Ozow is seeking a Business Process Engineer to automate and optimize internal operations, focusing on building robust automation solutions and integrating business systems using AI. This hands-on role involves designing, developing code-driven automation, integrating platforms and APIs, and building intelligent systems to improve efficiency and scalability. The role is not a business analysis position but focuses on technical engineering.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• 4+ years of experience as a software developer, automation engineer, or process automation specialist
• Proficiency in C# (primary) and Python (secondary) for automation
• Experience integrating SaaS platforms and internal business systems via RESTful APIs and event-driven architectures
• Experience building automation solutions using cloud-native tools (e.g., AWS Lambda, Azure Functions)
• Exposure to LLM-based solutions (e.g., OpenAI, Bedrock, Azure OpenAI) and an understanding of prompt design, embeddings, and AI service integration
• Experience with version control, CI/CD pipelines, and modern DevOps practices
