Housing Liaison Specialist

Delivers housing resources and supports for individuals impacted by behavioral health issues. Utilizes trauma-informed and person-centered approaches to promote independence and autonomy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a human services field or equivalent
• Qualifying experience in delivering services to individuals with mental illness, substance use disorders, or developmental disabilities
• Ability to provide active outreach and connect clients to community resources
• Ability to refer and transport clients to initial appointments
• Ability to utilize SOAR with clients experiencing unstable housing
