Community Support Specialist - part time

Delivers community support services to individuals impacted by behavioral health issues, using trauma-informed and person-centered approaches to promote independence and autonomy. Manages caseload and meets deadlines to ensure services are provided within established expectations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a human services field or equivalent experience
• Collaborates with clients to develop individualized person-centered plans
• Provides treatment interventions and communicates with supervisor and clinical staff
• Ensures documentation is completed within established timelines and according to quality standards
• Meets or exceeds billing and productivity expectations
• Supports coworkers and teammates in providing trauma-informed services
