Junior Project Manager

We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to act as the operational right-hand for the Chief of Staff, managing key priorities across the organization, providing hands-on executive support, and owning internal communication channels.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in project management or 2+ years of experience in high-paced administrative/operational/Executive assistant role
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Lithuanian
• Basic knowledge of project management principles
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities and shifting scopes
